Meet the Founder of S’more Fitness & Wellness
Hi, I'm Liz Sisemore! I'm the founder of S'more Fitness & Wellness. After having my daughter at the turn of the new decade, I decided it was time to make something of my long-term interest in fitness and help others achieve their goals.
I strive to make a more active lifestyle accessible to women. I believe that fitness is for everyone, not just Insta Yogis, and I want you to know that you deserve to have movement AND FUN in your life, no matter what that may look like to you and your lifestyle.
I am a 200-hour yoga teacher, have a Hot 26+2 certification, and I am currently working on my women's coaching specialist certification from Girls Gone Strong , my NASM Personal Trainer certification, and Prenatal/Postpartum yoga certifications. I teach online yoga classes on platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, host online and in-person workshops and corporate yoga classes, and customize habit and goal-setting plans.
